As you know I started the Lemonade Fast this morning. Officially, it started after my dinner last night when I took a herbal laxative tea before going to bed. However, I slept at a rather unusual time for me, at about 1:30 am. Possibly because of anticipation of this experience. I woke up this morning at usual time of 7:00 am, brushed my teeth and had herbal laxative tea. After the usual ablutions, I prepared the lemonade and drank it. I wanted to see if I can go with the minimum 6 glasses of it for the day. Day was uneventful. Surprisingly, I did not have pangs of hunger during the day. Usually, if I skip a meal, I get headaches. I did not get any headache today. So, that was good. I went by my day as usual, working on SW/research for my work, pick my son from school and then take him to his chess class, etc. Throughout the day I was quite energetic. However, by 5:00 pm, I became a bit weak, since I had only four glasses of lemonade by that time. I had two more glasses after that spaced evenly. Then, the herbal laxative tea before I started writing this. It is getting late and I need to get to bed. Tomorrow, I have decided to take the maximum 12 glasses and see how I feel. Thanks for listening!
