  1. This was amazing advice!!! Thank you so much for it! I immediately started doing the sO-hum approach right in the middle of a very stressful time and it did absolutely wonderful!!! Also, I followed up with the neti-neti approach to unavoidable stressful situations as well and it did wonders!!!! Its amazing how much more I feel at One and at peace with myself now ever since finding and using your approach…Thanks again! You worked wonders for me!
