  15. I have heard these arguments before. Duality is the source of all that exists. Without it nothing in the realm of form would exist. If we wish to create in the realm of form then duality is quite necessary. Non-dualistic thoughts will speed you into opposition with existing entities. There simply is no such thing as non-dualism since our very thoughts are born out of dualistic form. The Fibonacci sequence clearly shows that opposing forces are the source of the realm of form. Quantum mechanics clearly shows that all form is merely energy that has been slowed down causing it to take on form based on the structure inherent in it. It is necessary to give the opposition a place to create with you, otherwise it will be quite impossible. What we don’t want to happen is to snuff out the counterpart by force of will or to allow ourselves to be overtaken by our shadow. The idea is to dance the razors edge by balancing ones thoughts just slightly above neutral. It is in this state that there is balance and creation without pain and suffering.
